TWO of the Queen's favourite servants have been forced by rising floodwaters to evacuate their grace-and-favour homes and move into Windsor Castle.
Paul Whybrew, her most trusted footman and Sergeantat-Arms, and head housekeeper Rachel Gordon live beside the swollen River Thames in Windsor Home Park, Berkshire.
The Queen, 87, returned to London yesterday after an eightweek break at Sandringham to find floods had reached the two turreted properties.
