What (Royal Jewels) will Kate Wear on Tour of Australia and New Zealand?

As Kate Middleton gears up for her, husband Prince William and son Prince George's three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand, the fashion world is starting to think about the outfits that the Duchess of Cambridge might choose to wear.

Royal insiders have tipped the royal to wear jewels from the royal family's collection.



If so, she may well pick the brooch bearing a wattle – the floral emblem of Australia. Gifted to the Queen by the Australian people during her 1954 Commonwealth tour, the monarch wore it when she touched down in the country in 2011. Click link for full post from Hello Magazine.

Prince William and Kate Jet Off to the Maldives for "Second Honeymoon"

Kate and William have jetted out on what has been billed as a second honeymoon after they left George at home with her parents.

The couple arrived in the Maldivian capital, Male, on a British Airways flight yesterday, accompanied by several taxpayer funded Scotland Yard detectives.

The Duchess has only recently returned from a week-long family holiday with Prince George in Mustique, again with a full group of police bodyguards.

Prince William and Kate to Attend Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade

Prince William and Kate Middleton will once again attend the annual St Patrick's Day Parade at Mons Barracks in Aldershot. The royal couple will visit to 1st Battalion Irish Guards on Monday 17 March.

Kate Attends Farewell Party for Royal Doctor Who Delivered Prince George

Kate Middleton honoured the doctor who helped bring her son Prince George into the world by attending his leaving party on Monday evening.

The Duchess of Cambridge was a guest at the farewell party for Sir Marcus Setchell, the Queen's surgeon-gynaecologist, at the Hyde Park Hilton.

Prince William and Kate's Itinerary for Tour of Australia and New Zealand Announced

Prince William and Kate Middleton are due to embark on their three-week tour of Australia and New Zealand at the beginning of April.

The British royal couple will be joined by their adorable firstborn Prince George, who will be eight-months-old at the time.

Prince William and Kate Send Chirton Church of England Primary School Personalized Letters

Kate Middleton and Prince William delighted students at Chirton Church of England Primary School by sending them personalised letters in response to the pupils asking them to save their school.

Youngsters at the Wiltshire school each penned an individual letter to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge asking if their son Prince George could be enrolled at the school after falling numbers threatened to see it close.

The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh Dine with David Cameron in Historic Chequers Visit

THE Queen and Prince Philip joined David Cameron and his wife Samantha today for a historic visit to the Prime Minister's Chequers country house.

Her Majesty's third visit to the Chilterns house was organised by Mr Cameron, who visits Buckingham Palace weekly, so he could "host her for a change".



Guests were served a menu of Scottish smoked salmon, followed by lamb for a main and bread and butter pudding with ice cream for dessert.

William and Kate Looking for New Nanny for Prince George

They have made much of their desire to be “hands-on” parents, but the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are now on the lookout for a nanny for Prince George, it has emerged.

The couple have put out feelers to find a nanny to help them look after their son when they increase their royal workload in the spring.



Since the third in line to the throne was born last July, the couple have relied heavily on the Duchess’s mother, Carole Middleton, for help with childcare duties, and have also employed the Duke’s former nanny Jessie Webb, 71, on a part-time basis.

But after Miss Webb reportedly came to the end of her contract last month, the couple have put out the word to nanny agencies that they are looking for a long-term replacement, whose duties will be closer to a full-time role than the one filled by Miss Webb. Queen Gives Prince George a Special Gift - T-Shirt with Portrait of Pet Corgis

The Queen has given her great-grandson Prince George a very special gift — a T-shirt printed with portrait of her pet corgis.

The T-shirt, which shows a colourful picture of seven of the Queen's dogs, was inspired by a painting that belongs to the Queen and currently hangs in her private quarters in Buckingham Palace.

Prince Harry will Represent Queen at Nelson Mandela Memorial Service

Prince Harry will represent the Queen at a service held in honour of the late Nelson Mandela.

Harry, 29, will attend the national service of thanksgiving at Westminster Abbey on Monday 3 March, Clarence House has confirmed.



The service, which will be broadcasted by the BBC, will mark the life of the former South African president. The Most Reverend Desmond Tutu, the former Archbishop of Cape Town, will give the address while the ceremony will be conducted by The Dean of Westminster, The Very Reverend Dr John Hall.

Harry will attend a short private reception at the iconic London landmark at the end of the service.

Princess Mary of Denmark and Duchess Kate -- Royal Look-a-Likes!!

There may be a ten year age gap between the Duchess of Cambridge and Princess Mary of Denmark but the pair could easily pass as twins. With their wavy brunette hair, petite features and slim figures, the physically resemblance between the two is uncanny.

But the royals have much more in common than just appearance. Both were 'commoners' who married a prince. Princess Mary is native to Australia and met her husband-to-be during the Sydney Olympics. Like Kate, who met Prince William at university, she had no royal roots.
