Queen's Glorious Reign to be Celebrated in Parliament - hellomagazine.com

In the medieval hall which has witnessed so much of the country's history, the Queen will shortly respond to tributes marking her glorious 60-year reign.

During the ceremony in Parliament's Westminster Hall, the sovereign, who has now arrived, will also unveil a stained glass window in celebration of her Diamond Jubilee.

It has been paid for personally by members of both Houses and designed by British artist John Reyntiens.

In a tradition dating back to the 16th century, a 'humble address' was offered by Lords Speaker, Baroness De Souza, who has praised her "continuity and stability". Click link for full post from HelloMagazine.com
