In the preceding poll, which is voted for by readers, the magazine included Pippa Middleton on her own, whose occupation they described as 'icon', writing: 'A slinky bridesmaid's dress at the wedding of her sister , thrust Pippa backward into the public eye.'
Kate they described as 'the Queen-in-waiting' and said: 'Now the Duchess of Cambridge continues to raise spirits and burnish the Windsor family name through her solo appearances as the patron of several charities.
