Today at the Olympics: Kate Watches the Sailing Competition

The Duchess of Cambridge took to the waves today to watch Olympic sailors compete in the Laser Radial medal race.

Kate seemed to thoroughly enjoy her day out on the water and was joined by Sir Steve Redgrave, Princess Anne and her husband Sir Timothy Lawrence on a boat watching the female competitors before heading for land and finding time to meet the men's sailing team and sharing a joke with gold medal winner Ben Ainslie.
