As she battles acute morning sickness, the Duchess of Cambridge has
apparently turned to a traditional cure for queasiness: lavender
shortbread biscuits.
The plant has long been used as an anti-nausea remedy, though pregnant women are usually advised to administer it in the form of a few drops of oil in the bath.
