Kate Middleton put in a dazzling appearance as she celebrated the work of one of her charities at the National Portrait Gallery on Wednesday evening.
The Duchess, who is six months pregnant, wore a duck-egg blue Emilia Wickstead cocktail dress that showed off her growing baby bump and her favourite grey suede heels to the event, held in honour of The Art Room, a charity of which she is patron.
In a speech delivered to the 250-strong audience, which included artists
and school children, Kate said it felt "incredibly special" to be
celebrating the work of the charity, which uses painting and drawing to
