Kate Middleton has championed a cause close to her heart in her first recorded video message. One behalf of Children's Hospice's Week Kate, who is royal patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices, makes an emotional appeal for public support.

transformational," said Kate of
the work carried out by those at the hospices. "There are 49 children's
hospices services across the UK, all providing invaluable, life
