Prince William Gives Charles Poignant Hug at Funeral of Friend after Taking to Trade Floor

Prince William gave his father a heartfelt hug at the funeral of his close friend (WENN)

PRINCE William and Harry joined their father Charles at the funeral of a close family friend.

The Duchess of Cornwall was also present at the funeral of close friend Hugh van Cutsem.

The Princes dressed in blue talked to members of the clergy as they as they gathered outside the entrance of the Cathedral in Brentwood, Essex.

Mr van Cutsem, a former officer in the Household Cavalry had been a close friend of Charles from their university days.

Brooches, usually worn on the left shoulder, were a favourite for the royal and the Queen was believed to have over 100 in her collection.
