Kate Middleton will conduct her first solo engagement since the birth of her baby boy Prince George on 18 October.
The Duchess of Cambridge will be part of a SportsAid workshop at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park where she will watch young athletes in action and join in an educational workshop.
It is the new mum's first event as patron of SportsAid and the visit will see her learn more about the charity's support for budding young athletes.
She will watch the youngsters taking part in a number of activities, including wheelchair basketball, CP football, volleyball, fencing and badminton.
