THE Duchess of Cambridge struggled to contain her long hair and billowing short skirt in blustery conditions when she arrived at a charity forum in London today.
In a navy Orla Kiely skirt, and a MaxMara jacket, Kate, 31, looked her usual elegant self at the forum organised by children's mental health charity Place2Be.
But she struggled to maintain her modesty as she bent down to accept a posy from a young fan, and a gust of wind exposed her slender pins.
