President Napolitano and wife meet the Queen at the Palace [AP]
THE Queen is lining up three foreign visits this year, scotching rumours that she is retiring from overseas duties.
Although she has scaled back on long-haul tours, and may have made her last visit to Australia and New Zealand, The Sunday Express can reveal she intends to carry on with shorter trips abroad.
Around the end of March and beginning of April, the Queen and Prince Philip will spend two days in Rome as guests of the Italian President Giorgio Napolitano.
He and his wife Clio visited London in 2006 and were warmly welcomed by the Queen at Buckingham Palace. Click link for full post from EXPRESS.
