There were three very special guests at an intimate family christening at the tiny St Barnabas Church in Mayland, Chelmsford on Sunday.

Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince George were among the congregation at the baptism, during which Kate became godmother to a close friend's baby.

Brooches, usually worn on the left shoulder, were a favourite for the royal and the Queen was believed to have over 100 in her collection.
