The Queen Leads the Parade at Ladies Day at Royal Ascot

THE QUEEN was resplendent in an unusual pistachio colour as she enjoyed the most glamorous day in the racing calendar.
Thousands of female guests wearing
spectacular dresses
and eye-catching headgear descended on the Berkshire racecourse for Ladies'
Day.
And pistachio was certainly the order of the day for the Royal women, with both the Queen and Princess Beatrice choosing to wear the colour.
The Queen's granddaughter had a splash of the colour on the brim of her orange topped two-tone hat to complement her white flared dress and orange heels.
The Duke of Edinburgh and the Duke of York joined the two women on Ladies' Day as they kept with tradition and arrived by
horse-drawn carriage
