Prince William Gives Speech at Foreign Office - May Have Signaled Support for In Campaign

The Duke of Cambridge appears to have signaled his support for the In campaign in a speech at the Foreign Office today.

The Duke, who was presenting awards to members of the Foreign Office's Diplomatic Academy, reminded his audience that Britain has always been "outward looking" with a "long and proud tradition of seeking out allies". Click link for full post from The Telegraph.

Brooches, usually worn on the left shoulder, were a favourite for the royal and the Queen was believed to have over 100 in her collection.
