THE Duchess of Cambridge bought Prince George a book about his favourite children’s character today during a shopping trip on an official engagement.
Kate, 34, was sent on a mission by two-year-old George, who asked her to buy him a toy helicopter when he learned she was due to open the new East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) charity shop in Holt, Norfolk.
She failed on her mission, as the shop was out of toy helicopters but there was a consolation prize for the future King when she spotted a £2 copy of Fireman Sam’s Favourite Tales
