Lady in Red! Kate is Cheery in Red as Rain Forces a Weather Shortened Knights of the Garter Ceremony

There were no military bands or Household Cavalry streetliners and plans for the knights and royal members of the Order of the Garter to march down the hill and for the royals to return in a carriage procession were abandoned after aides decided the chance of torrential rain was too big. Click link for full post from EXPRESS.
