THE Queen surprised fashion followers by wearing a blue coat and a striking orange hat on Ladies' Day at Royal Ascot.
She usually wears a matching hat and outfit but chose Ladies’ Day, the most glamorous of the royal race meeting, to display some colourful blocking by her in-house designer Angela Kelly and show she is still on trend at 90.
But her decision left Britain’s biggest bookmakers William Hill £4,000 out of pocket after a rush of money on an orange hat, a 20-1 outsider. A £100 bet from a woman in her 40s in St Helens, Merseyside, won her £2,000. Click link for full post from EXPRESS.
