The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge
took George, 3, and 16-month-old Charlotte to a party in the 36-acre grounds of Government House in Victoria, the official residence of the monarch in British Columbia and the family's base for their eight-day tour of Canada
.A group of military families from the Military Family Resource Centre were invited to share the morning with plenty of surprises for the children.
A number of the children at the party have at least one parent on deployment overseas.
Kensington Palace
