was a nod to her surroundings - the Braemar Highland Games in Scotland in September 1982 Dresses worn by Princess Diana in the 1980s are to be sold at auction in London next week.
The lots include a purple velvet Bruce Oldfield gown, first worn by the Princess of Wales during an official visit to Portugal with Prince Charles in 1987, that's expected to fetch as much as £70,000 when it goes under the hammer.
A tartan dress chosen by Diana for an outing to the Braemar Highland Games
