With a wedding on the cards for next year, they are practically family - and Carole Middleton and James Matthews looked delighted to be in each other's company as they stepped out for a carol concert in London.

Pippa, Carole and James were spotted leaving The Henry van Straubenzee Carol Concert at St Luke's Church in Sydney Street on Thursday - just yards from the couple's home.
