Kate's Busy Schedule - Visits a Ronald McDonald House and Attends UK-India Year of Culture Gala at Buckingham Palace

Emotional: Rebecca Bridges-Wheeler, an NHS auditor, described the Duchess of Cambridge as 'kind-hearted' after she shared the story of her son Lewis' traumatic birth at 23 weeks in January and his subsequent health problems.

Pictured above: Kate with Mrs Bridges-Wheeler and her older son, James Wheeler, at the Ronald McDonald Evelina London House in Lambeth today In the kitchen of the £13million Ronald McDonald house, James asked her: 'Where's George today?' Kate, looking smart in a Rebecca Taylor suit, laughed and replied: 'George? I should have brought him. He's at his Montessori nursery today making pancakes.' James then returned to his colouring-in but told Kate: 'there's a thunderstorm coming!' Kate replied: 'Yes, I know all about those. George likes storms too!' Kate, who last night wore a £590 pair of platinum lamé Oscar de la Renta stilettos to a Buckingham Palace engagement with the Queen, donned a blue Rebecca Taylor suit flecked with silver thread to open the new building.  Click link for full post from The Daily Mail.
