PRINCESS Charlotte’s future children are unlikely to be given official royal titles, but her brother Prince George’s offspring will have HRH status.
This is because there is only two ways to become a princess, you either have to marry a prince or be the daughter of one.
And the children of Princess Charlotte will not become a prince or princess because titles are inherited through sons, and not daughters. Shop Fall/Winter Max Mara at Harrods @ https://goo.gl/9uoLSL
Kate became a princess when she married Prince William and Charlotte inherited the title when she was born as the prince’s daughter.
Lucy Hume, associate director of etiquette experts Debrett’s said: "Royal titles are inherited through sons, so if Princess Charlotte has children they would not automatically inherit the titles HRH, Prince, or Princess." Click link for full post from EXPRESS.
