Caption: Christmas at Windsor Castle is a tourist attraction in itself
Staff at Her Majesty's Berkshire residence have been busy decking the halls in preparation for the festive period, taking on a gold theme this year.
And the pride of place in St George's Hall is is an enormous 20 foot Nordman Fir tree having been cut from Windsor Great Park before being delivered to the castle.
Glittery pine cones and stars adorn the fir branches with a traditional angel topping the tree as it drips with warm golden fairy lights.
And if you look closely, you can even see a few cheeky royal crowns hidden amongst the decorations. Click link for full post from EXPRESS.
