proved to be something of a baby whisperer as she arrived on an official engagement at the Pegasus Primary School in Oxford today.Pregnant Kate, 36, who is due to give birth to her third child in weeks, was smitten by Tillie, nine months, and waved at the youngster who was being held by her mother, Diane Leach.
The mini royal fan responded by flinging her arms around excitedly, prompting laugher from the royal. During her visit she was also given a book of lullabies to sing to the new arrival – and a hint from an eight-year-old that she had no excuses not to turn in a good performance.
Joyce Mobeka, who presented her with the book – addressed to 'Prince George
, Princess Charlotte
