After stating that the Middletons used to queue up year on year to attend the tournament, which this year starts on July 2 in south-west London, Kate is widely expected to be at the tournament for at least a few matches this summer.
The Duchess of Cambridge and her husband Prince William are now patrons of the lawn tennis club and the couple are often guests of honour at the bigger centre court matches, such as the Men's Singles final.
And royal watchers are predicting she could well be present for the world famous tournament with her sister-in-law Meghan in tow.
