Thomas Markle will NOT be going on Saturday

AFTER days of see-saw speculation, it appears Thomas Markle will not walk his daughter Meghan down the aisle when she marries Prince Harry on Saturday because he is dealing with major surgery.

According to gossip site TMZ, Mr Markle will go into surgery on Wednesday.
He said: “The doctors will go in and clear blockage, repair damage and put a stent where it is needed."

Megan’s dad had been intending to travel to Britain for the ceremony, at St George’s Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle.

He has since said it was his daughter and Meghan’s half-sister who encouraged him to go ahead and work with the paparazzi for money.

Thomas' daughter, Samantha, told TMZ he only received £1,100 ($1,500) in payment plus a small percentage of the royalties.

He later described the pictures as "stupid and hammy".

After receiving texts from Meghan saying she loved him and was concerned for his health, Mr Markle changed his mind again. But with surgery imminent, has now accepted this to be impossible.  Read more from EXPRESS.
