But the mother-to-be appeared to be taking it all in her stride as she browsed high-end interiors stores in west London on Tuesday.
The Duchess of Cambridge's younger sister, who is expecting her first child with husband James Matthews, 42, was spotted popping into a number of shops in Chelsea.
The 34-year-old looked ready for spring in a sherbet pink £495 coat from trendy label Claudie Pierlot, which she wore over a pair of black straight-cut trousers and chic taupe top.
