Zara Tindall's birth of her second child has sparked a sexism row
ZARA Tindall’s birth of her second royal baby has sparked a furious sexism row after Buckingham Palace referred to the new mum by her husband’s name - “Mrs Michael Tindall” - to confirm the news.
The palace caused outrage when it wrote - using a traditional phrase - “Mrs Michael Tindall was safely delivered of a baby girl” to formally announce the birth of Zara and her rugby star husband’s baby girl on Monday.
Furious royal fans quickly took to Twitter to attack royal chiefs for using the “archaic description” and to remind them that the Queen’s granddaughter does, in fact, have her own name.
