Pippa Middleton is Out and About in London Looking Fabulous as She Awaits Her First Child

She's pregnant with her first child and could be forgiven for taking it easy as the UK basks in an ongoing heatwave.

But sporty Pippa Middleton seemed untroubled by the soaring temperatures today as she headed out on her bike in a breezy summer dress after a workout at her gym.

The mother-to-be, 34, looked stylish in a blue shirt dress with pretty floral embroidery as she left the exclusive KX gym in Kensington, West London.
