KATE, the Duchess of Cambridge, has revealed a heartwarming tip she shares with her two children Prince George and Princes Charlotte - and it is adorable.
Kate and her husband, Prince William, ventured out of their Kensington Palace home on Tuesday to attend an event at Basildon Sporting Centre, in Essex.
The pair spoke to workers from an apprenticeship programme called Coach Core, which aims to help young people without prior education or relevant training to get in to sports coaching.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge immersed themselves into an array of sporting games with the students.
During the visit, Kate received a warm welcoming a hug from a royal fan, Janet Emery.
As the Duchess hugged Janet back, she revealed an important tip that she often tells her two eldest children, George and Charlotte.
