The Prince of Wales and other members of the royal family have arrived at the Royal Albert Hall to pay tribute to all those who lost their lives in conflicts.
The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in the royal box at the annual Festival of Remembrance, alongside a host of other members of the Royal family.
The Queen was not herself in attendance - marking only the sixth time she has missed the annual event - but she is expected to be present at the ceremony at the Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday.
The 95-year-old monarch was ordered to rest by royal doctors just over three weeks ago, and spent a night in hospital on October 20 undergoing preliminary tests.
She returned to Windsor Castle on Tuesday after a long-planned weekend away at her Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
