The Princess of Wales was greeted with cheers and applause as she opened a new Children's Day Surgery at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London today - after she reunited with fundraising amputee Tony Hudgell and his adopted mother.
Ignoring the rumblings of any royal drama spurned by Omid Scobie's new book, Kate, 41, in a fitted blue suit by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen and towering navy heels, officially opened the Evelina London Children's Day Surgery Unit today.
Staff, patients and their families appeared delighted by the Princess's visit, with Kate even offering one person a comforting hug during her tour of the building.Read@https://tinyurl.com/35c8ur96
