Prince William and Kate Visit Australian Outback

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge saw the majesty of Ayers Rock at sunset today after going on a royal walkabout in the Outback.

They posed for an iconic photograph at the romantic spot in the red centre of Australia, in scenes reminiscent of the visit by William's parents Prince Charles and Princess Diana to the huge sandstone rock, sacred to Australia’s Aborigines, 31 years ago.

Kate, 32, occasionally batted away flies and stroked stray hairs away from her face as she chatted to William but both earned the admiration of a watching schoolgirl who wondered how they had not spent their entire time swatting the flies in front of the cameras.

The Duchess, wearing a cream Hobbs dress, laughed: "I know. It was difficult." Click link for full post from Express.

Prince George Goes to the Zoo!!

PRINCE George squealed with delight today as he met Australia's version of the Easter Bunny for the first time, a bilby named after him at the zoo in Sydney.

The future King, who will be nine months old on Tuesday, was taken on a trip to Taronga Zoo with his parents, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who offically opened the Prince George Bilby Exhibit at the Sydney landmark.

They met George, a three-and-a-half-year-old bilby in the Australian Nightlife enclosure. His original name was Boy but he was renamed George two months ago to celebrate the Prince's birth last year.

The infant Prince, carried by his mother when they arrived, looked on in wonder at the crowd surrounding the enclosure and then wriggled his arms and legs in excitement, squealing and gurgling when he spotted his namesake bilby. Click link for full post from EXPESS.

Kate Showered With Lovely Toys for Prince George!!

William and Kate were inundated with gifts for Prince George during their visit to the Queensland city of Brisbane on Saturday.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who had left their son with his nanny Maria Borrallo at Admiralty House in Sydney where they are currently based, were given hordes of Australian-themed soft toys for the little Prince.

Kate was seen with armfuls of toy kangaroos and koalas, while William took care of several boxed presents for his son, including a football bearing the future King's name and covered in maps of the Antipodean country. Click link for full post from Hello Magazine.

Kate Teases William About His Hair!!!

She suggested the perfect solution for Prince William's growing bald patch - a toupee made from alpaca wool.

 "You need it more then me," she said, pointing to his head.

William, who has teased her mercilessly about her clothes, telling her she looked like a banana in a yellow dress and complaining that a dazzling green outfit was too bright, laughed and took it in his stride.

Prince George Gets A Warm Australian Welcome -- and an Awesome Toy!!

Prince George was welcomed to Admiralty House by Australian Governor-General Sir Peter Cosgrove – and more importantly, a huge wombat cuddly toy.

The tiny royal has been given several gifts on the royal tour so far – a giant blue teddy bear, a miniature bike and helmet and a mini dinghy – but the cuddly wombat is bound to be his favourite.

William and Kate arrived at Admiralty House on Wednesday after attending a reception in Sydney Opera House – where Prince William gave a speech and the pair watched an Aboriginal welcome performance – and meeting the hundreds of well-wishers who had come to welcome the royals.

Prince William, Kate and Prince George say Good Bye to New Zealand

All eyes were on Prince George as he left New Zealand on Wednesday afternoon with his parents Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton.

The eight-month-old caused great excitement among royal watchers when he was seen being carried up the plane in the arms of his father William — a fresh change to when the royal family landed in Wellington at the start of their tour, with George being cradled by Kate. Prince William and Kate Attend Future Focus Lunch

Inside the museum's main exhibition hall housing historic military aircraft, the couple joined 500 people at a Future Focus lunch, organised by the Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce to discuss ideas about how the city should be rebuilt.

Chamber of Commerce officials estimated the cost of rebuilding the city at 50 billion New Zealand dollars (£25 billion) including £10 million for housing and £7 billion for the central business district.

In his address the Duke also sympathised with the people of the Solomon Islands who have experienced two earthquakes in recent days and told the guest how during their tour they were "grateful for the way in which we have been made to feel so very welcome". Click link for full post from EXPRESS.

Prince William and Kate Visit Christchurch

Christchurch gave Prince William and Kate Middleton the warmest of welcomes as they arrived in the city on the next stop of their royal tour.

Flags and cheering crowds greeted the couple as they alighted from their car outside the Christchurch City Council building, where they were formally welcomed to Christchurch by Mayor Lianne Dalziel and elder members of the Ngai Tahu tribe.

 The Duchess of Cambridge made another flawless appearance as she joined her husband William on Worcester Boulevard. The 32-year-old chose a red Luisa Spagnoli suit cinched in at the waist by a black belt — the official colours of the region of Canterbury. She purchased the skirt suit by the Italian designer in Knightsbridge back in 2011 for £495, and first wore it during a visit to St Andrews in March of that year.

Prince William and Kate Go on Exciting Jet Boat Ride

THE Duke and Duchess of Cambridge went for an adrenaline-fuelled jet boat ride through one of New Zealand's most spectacular canyons today after dispelling suggestions that Kate might be pregnant.

William and Kate rode a 50mph jet boat on the Shotover river, near Queenstown on the South Island. They screamed for more as they passed just inches from rocks and the sides of the ravine at breathtaking speed and spun through 360 degree on the white knuckle ride. "Go closer," William said, as the couple waved to crowds lining the river.

Kate Attends Rainbow Place Children's Hospice

Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton put smiles on many faces on Saturday morning as she visited the Rainbow Place Children’s Hospice in Waikato's Hamilton region.

The 32-year-old met youngsters, their families and nursing staff at a play therapy session as part of the royal tour in New Zealand, which began 7 April with husband the Duke of Cambridge plus their son Prince George and a hefty entourage.

After being greeted by Mayor Julie Hardaker at Hamilton Airport that day and later crowds outside the venue among sunshine ans showers, the brunette bonded with kids who are experiencing grief, serious illness or the death of a loved one for a Mad Hatter's tea party held inside a giant teepee.
