William and Kate to Attend State Banquet in Honor of Chinese President and his Wife at Buckingham Palace

Kate Middleton will have an occasion to wear a tiara very soon. A state banquet will be organized in honor of the Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan when they visit U.K. in October.

Prince William, 33 and Middleton, 33, will attend the banquet with the Queen and Prince Philip, The Sunday Times reported, adding that this will be the first state banquet that Middleton will attend at the Buckingham Palace.

Royal fans are in for a treat when the mother of two will attend the official banquet donning a tiara. She will have a collection of the head accessory to choose from. The palace boasts of a huge collection of tiaras that has been worn by all the senior royals as part of several official ceremonies. Click kink for full post from IBt.com.

Queen of Jewelry

Brooches, usually worn on the left shoulder, were a favourite for the royal and the Queen was believed to have over 100 in her collection. A selection that would go with an outfit were presented to her - usually three at a time - by her senior dresser and confidante Angela Kelly on special trays that once belonged to Queen Mary.
