Back in March – in the same week that he announced he would be leaving the Army – Prince Harry launched the Walking With The Wounded 1,000-mile walk around Britain, and vowed that he would show his support by joining the team at some point on their journey.
On Wednesday, the Prince honoured his promise and met up with the six wounded service personnel, including two from the US, who have undertaken the challenge.
Harry was in high spirits as he joined Stewart Hill, Kirstie Ennis, Andrew Bement, Matt Fisher, Alec Robotham and Scott Ransley in Shropshire for a 17-mile stretch of their route, which runs from Balmoral
