Toast: Last night, Her Majesty was toasted by Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (above) at a Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting banquet on the island. During his speech, Mr Trudeau, 43, joked that the Queen has 'seen more of Canada than most Canadians'
Joke: Following the Queen's amusing response to Mr Trudeau's speech, the British Monarchy Twitter account uploaded a post about the incident. It posted a photo of the beaming monarch, alongside the caption: 'Thank you, @JustinTrudeau, for making me feel so old!"

The Queen has flashed her sense of humour at a banquet, thanking Canada's youthful new leader for making her 'feel so old'. The British monarch today wrapped up a nostalgic visit to Malta, where she formerly lived while her husband, Prince Philip, was in the Royal Navy.
He quipped that Her Majesty has 'seen more of Canada than most Canadians' - prompting a cheeky response from the monarch.
