THE Duchess of Cambridge surprised charity staff today with an unannounced visit to the Anna Freud Centre for Children and Families in London.
Kate, who is pregnant with her third child, if a patron of the charity and spent this morning attending a conference on young people’s mental wellbeing.
The Duchess stepped out in a stylish charcoal tweed Tory Burch blazer
for the event, an old favourite she first wore in New York in 2014 when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte.It is understood the Duchess wanted to attend the day-long event as a delegate and listen to keynote speakers discussing an ambitious £56 million project that aims to explore and test new ways to improve young people's mental health and wellbeing.
