The Duchess of Cambridge has had years in the spotlight to perfect her royal wardrobe, but since she returned from maternity leave in October she's made some discreet tweaks to her style.
With a newcomer on the scene in the form of the glamorous Duchess of Sussex, Kate might have been tempted to switch things up dramatically, but instead she's been moving towards a more traditional look - inspired by none other than Her Majesty.
Writing in the Irish Independent, Bethan Holt commented on the subtle changes in Kate's wardrobe which are reflecting her status as 'Queen-in-waiting'.
She noted how Kate's taken inspiration from 'two of The Queen’s favourite fashion approaches - wearing bold colours so that she can be easily spotted in a crowd and showing thriftiness by using the same pieces over and over again.' Read More From The Daily Mail.
